Shortie’s Sweets 'n Treats

10/15/2026

I have to give a shoutout to someone who’s had a huge impact on my small biz in such a positive way.

Last week at the market Sarah informed us it was her last market. For those of you who don’t know who Sarah is, she’s ran Eagan Market Fest for the last 17 seasons. So there’s a great chance you’ve seen her around there. Sarah has helped with the success of my small biz and so many others.

She will be truly missed and I wish her nothing but the best on her next adventure.

Thank you for everything, Sarah! 💓

Cannot wait for this event again!!

⚠️ You’ve been warned! ⚠️ Drooling 🤤 may occur upon viewing these scrumptious sweets! 🍪🍭🍡 Let’s welcome Shortie’s Sweets ‘n Treats for today’s Vendor Spotlight from our upcoming Christmas Market on 12/7 🎄
“Shortie’s began in 2019 as a simple dream—my husband and I were determined to become debt-free, and I wanted to turn my passion for baking into something meaningful. Sharing homemade treats felt like the perfect way to connect with others while working toward our goals.
The name “Shortie” comes from my grandpa, who affectionately gave me the nickname growing up—even though I was always taller than most kids my age! The name stuck, and it felt only right to carry it into this sweet adventure.
Since launching Shortie’s, we haven’t looked back. Every treat is made with love, creativity, and a sprinkle of fun. I’m always dreaming up new goodies to share, and I hope you enjoy them as much as I love making them!” Treat your sweet tooth and the loved ones in your life with Shortie’s Sweets ‘n Treats on 12/7!!

And just like that… our last outdoor farmers market of the season is officially in the books! 🥹🍪

I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to every single person who stopped by my booth this season. Whether you bought one cookie or left with a whole bunch, grabbed a cake pop, tried something new, came back week after week, recommended me to a friend, shared a post, or simply stopped by to say hi — it truly means more than you know. ❤️

So many cookies purchased, cake pops enjoyed, treats shared with family and friends, I’m incredibly grateful that you chose my little bakery to be part of all of it. 🥹

This business wouldn’t be what it is without the people who continue to show up and support it. Every order, every market visit, every kind word, and every “I’ve been waiting all week for this” makes all the early mornings, late nights, and hours in the kitchen worth it.

Thank you for another amazing outdoor market season!!

Steph & Jason 💓
