My nephew (a golfer) just turned 21, so I made these for the family party. Lemon cupcakes with Limoncello lemon curd filling and vanilla buttercream.

(That 12th cupcake, in the second 6-pack, represents how he’ll feel tomorrow: rough. 😉)
