Good afternoon everyone and Happy Halloween! 🎃
Welcome to the 2022 (4th Annual) Military Holiday Cookie/Treats Fundraiser! 🍪
My name is Jess and I live in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Every year friends and I like to get together and make an obnoxious amount of holiday themed cookies and other treats. In 2019, after informing my friends that my share of the treats would be sent to my brother’s military base, and to one of his military brother’s overseas, they decided to do the same and send their share to other soldiers away from home for the holidays. We decided to ask other friends if they knew any servicemen and women as well and it quickly grew. Before we knew it, we had raised over $500 sending over 500 cookies to many different countries.
In the last three years we have earned a total of about $2,500 and sent out over 3,000 treats! Wow! 🎉

Please if you can, nominate either:
✔️A deployed or active-duty serviceman or woman
✔️A Veteran either at home or in a facility
✔️An entire Veteran's home (Local Delivery Only – Twin Cities or Grantsburg, WI Area)
If they have any preferences/allergies, please add that! We can certainly have separate batches made for safety/health concerns!
If you are in the service, you can ABSOLUTELY nominate yourself! Please do! If you plan to share the box, please note that as well so we can save on shipping by sending one large box vs individual care packages! Please also nominate any others you know could use this holiday surprise! 🎄
If this is anywhere near as successful as it has been in the past - after sending to those overseas or active duty stateside, we would love to send to veteran’s no matter when or where they served as well as larger boxes to local Veteran’s Homes. Last year we were able to donate to many Veterans in local old folk’s homes as well as dropping of hundreds and hundreds of goodies to the Minneapolis VA Home.

If you have any treats to suggest this year or a military member has a favorite – let us know! We will continue to add more variety beyond just cookies every year! In 2020 we added cocoa bombs to all domestic packages (they don't travel as well as cookies so we were worried they would not survive all the way overseas) and they were a big hit! In 2021 we also included many mini bread loaves of several flavors along with a holiday version of ‘puppy chow’ also known as muddy buddies.
If you would like to donate, we have several options available. There is no set amount, and anything is appreciated! 100% of money raised will go towards costs and all work is done by volunteers. 💰

This fundraiser has no set end date and will go as long as we have funds and recipients! If that means a second round of cookies in time for Valentine’s Day, then that is what we shall do!
