🍞🧽 MEET THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE OUTBACK BAKEHOUSE FAMILY… PATRICK! ⭐😂

If you've been around here a while, you might know my original sourdough starter, SpongeBob! 🍍🧽 Well, SpongeBob has a new buddy, and his name is Patrick! 😂💗

But Patrick is a little different… he's GLUTEN-FREE! 🌾🚫

I'm officially starting my journey into gluten-free sourdough, and Patrick is going to help me see what we can create! My goal is to eventually offer gluten-free artisan bread and hopefully even more gluten-free goodies at Outback Bakehouse. 🥖❤️

Now we just need Patrick to grow up big and strong so we can see if he has what it takes to become a beautiful loaf of bread! 🤞😂

Will SpongeBob and Patrick be the ultimate sourdough duo? Or will Patrick give me a run for my money? Only time will tell! 🤣
