Made some sourdough cookies today (well I made them Monday and have had them in the fridge, helps with digestion or gluten intolerance), so I baked them today. Chocolate Chip and strawberry cheesecake. So good!
I really liked it.

Reminder tomorrow is bake day! That means deliveries to DeLullo's Deli & Car Wash and Elk County Foods in Ridgway will be Thursday this week! Rye bread will be available as well at the stores.
