I am back from a long break from baking. Tonight, I made my version of Cowboy Candy tonight. It is quick pickled habaneros, jalapenos and red onion in a pickling sauce I made. It is delicious! I am hoping to make a few certain jams in the coming months. My Banana Jam, Apple Pie Jam, Christmas Jam, Peach Habanero Jam and possibly my Strawberry Rhubarb Jam.
