The Sunday fundraiser was a fantastic event, and I was delighted to cater the desserts, featuring chocolate coffee cheesecake, sugar cookies with zebra stripes, mini lemon cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and mini cheesecakes with a variety of fresh fruits. It was a special occasion, and the treats were certainly a highlight.
