Hello friends,
As you know, Mimi’s Cupakes & more has been up for sale. We had been under contract and finalizing things with a new owner who was going to do amazing things. Unfortunately, after months of being under contract, we ran into some snags. Our building was also for sale during this process. With the new ownership of the building, it became clear that working together with our new landlord was not feasible and Mimi’s was being slowly pushed out of the building that had been our home for over 10 years. This put my buyers in an understandable tough spot and after much consideration & planning of how they could continue with the purchase, they decided they’d have to end their dream of owning Mimi’s (which also ended my dream of selling Mimi’s and having the yumminess continue).
So, Mimi’s Cupcakes & more, storefront & truck, will be closed indefinitely. Do you or someone you know want to take on a new adventure?
