Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies. More to bake tomorrow. Took some of both kinds I recently baked, to friends. One is in the hospital. Made a turtle cheesecake. Tomorrow, I make salted caramel sauce for the turtle cheesecake and taco dip as a side dish to the family gathering. Overdid it a little on baking. I love to bake. I also wanted to use up bags of baking chips I had in the freezer. Perfect time.

Going to be making the turtle cheesecake soon for the family gathering. I’ll decorate it at the gathering place. I need to wait to heat up the salted caramel so it’s not messy on the ride there. I also don’t want it to harden. I will also bring the chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips.

I also am going to figure out the cost for the chai cheesecake. That was loved by many people. I tried a slither because of being lactose intolerant. I have to try my cheesecakes to know if they taste great or if I need to try a different recipe or adjust it.

Get those thanksgiving orders in now, please!

Yesterday, was football watching day for me. Otherwise, I was going to bake. The cardamom spice came from Amazon. I will make Chai Cheesecake soon. I also have a reunion coming up. I will make for desserts a turtle cheesecake and Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies. 🍪

I want to know what chai desserts tastes like. I couldn’t believe the cost of cardamom spice!Cardamom is hard to find. Spices are very costly these days for a tiny bottle. I get a good deal on Amazon for a bigger bottle of pure vanilla extract. I am going to make a chai cheesecake. This is actually a bar recipe. I’m turning it into a 9-inch cheesecake. If I like the taste of chai, I’m making cookies for here. Anyone can let me know if you’ve had chai and what it tastes like. Tell me if it tastes good.
