A Little Cinnamon Roll Testing 🤎

I’ve been testing a cinnamon roll recipe for future Rusted Rooster Farmstand days! 🥰

I want to make sure they’re just right before I put them in the stand—soft, gooey, full of cinnamon, and topped with the perfect icing. 😋

So… there may be a little taste testing happening around here! 😂

🐓❤️ Just a little Sunday hello from Rusted Rooster Sourdough and Such!

I may not be baking today, but I’m still thinking about all the wonderful people who follow along and support my little corner of the baking world.

There’s something pretty special about homemade bread, granola, baked goods, simple ingredients, and sharing something made with love. 🥖❤️

More baking days are coming… and I can’t wait to get back in the kitchen! 🍞🐓

Unfortunately, the farm stand was closed yesterday due to the weather. 🌧️ And I wasn't sure about today's.

The good news is I still have a few fresh sourdough loaves ~ Farmstead Honey Butter $10 and/or you can order ½-pound bags of homemade granola ~ Harvest Cranberry Almond Granola $10.

A little behind-the-scenes at Rusted Rooster Sourdough and Such... 👩‍🍳🍞

Not every day is a bake day, but it's always a day to create!

Today I'm in the kitchen testing and fine-tuning recipes to make sure every loaf and every batch is something I'd be proud to put in the farm stand. There are a few new ideas in the works, and I can't wait to share them with you when they're just right.

What kinds of baked goods or granola flavors would you love to see at the stand? I'd love to hear your ideas!
