Happy July all! I can't believe how fast the Summer is flying! As some of you may already know, it has been a very busy May/June for my family. We sold our house, moved into an apartment and started building a new home. Whew! It has been a crazy few weeks. Due to this and a few other reasons I will not be doing Mint Fest this year. It makes me so sad to say that but the new organizers didn't make the process easy (even for those who have been there for years) and now living in an apartment there is no way I can make the number of cupcakes needed. I am still available for individual cupcake/baking jobs...I will just need a bit more lead time than I usually do! The apartment has very limited cupboard space so I won't be buying in bulk and will need time to grab ingredients. Thank you for the 12 years of Mint Fest success! Each year surpassed my wildest dreams with the number of cupcakes you all consumed! I will miss seeing your faces this year.

Hey all! I just scoped out my Mint Fest spot and I am further down the row than normal! So just keep walking and you'll find me! Same row, just closer to the wooded area than usual! I can't wait to see you all...two more sleeps!!!!
