The Proper Palm 🎀🦩🍰 will remain closed this week as we finalize approvals and complete the transition from our cottage bakery model into our new retail bakery space here on Pine Island. ✨🍍

While we work through these final steps behind the scenes, all existing pre-orders and custom orders already scheduled for this weekend will still be baked fresh and fulfilled from our cottage bakery kitchen as planned. 💙

This next chapter has involved many more moving parts than most people realize, but we are getting very close and cannot wait to welcome everyone into the new Proper Palm experience soon.

This weekend’s drop officially sold out and I’m beyond grateful for this community showing up the way you all have. Watching this little island bakery grow into something special has been surreal.

A huge thank you as well to the incredible teams at the North Captiva Island Club ferry, docks, and all the hardworking staff behind the scenes helping make these deliveries possible every single week. Those crews work tirelessly for homeowners and guests every day, and honestly, this dream would not be possible without all of your help getting The Proper Palm over to the island safely week after week.
