🇸🇪👑 Sweden's most famous cake! Our scratch-made Princess Cake features delicate vanilla sponge, homemade raspberry jam, silky pastry cream, clouds of whipped cream, and a smooth marzipan covering.
I did a mini version that's based off of the classic Princess Cake (Prinsesstårta). Instead of having the pastry cream and whipped cream separate, they were combined to be a little more stable for the hot weather. Every layer is made with care, creating a cake that's light, elegant, and perfectly balanced. Topped with a little Swedish flag and ready to celebrate Sweden's National Day! 💙💛🎂

Every single layer is handcrafted—from the soft vanilla sponge cake to the raspberry jam, silky pastry cream, fresh whipped cream, and smooth marzipan covering. Each one is even finished with a tiny Swedish flag. 🇸🇪

Could I buy some of these ingredients pre-made from the store? Absolutely.

Would it make the process easier? Without a doubt.

But would it taste as good? Not even close.

For me, flavor and quality come first. That's why every component is made the traditional way, from scratch, with care and attention to every detail. All the components of the traditional Princess cake is all packed into this beauty, just more compact and mini.
