My love for baking started the way a lot of good things do — out of love for my kids. When they were little, every birthday meant a custom cake made just for them, exactly the way they dreamed it up. What started as a mom on a mission turned into a real passion I never let go of.

Three Little Birds is named for the three most important people in my world — our three children. They've been my inspiration from the very beginning, and this bakery is built on that same love.

Life has a way of redirecting you when you least expect it. After losing my job just two weeks before Christmas, I found myself at a crossroads. Instead of waiting for the right door to open, I decided to walk through one I'd been standing in front of for years. It was time to take the thing I love and turn it into something real.

We're starting simple and doing it right — with made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls baked fresh right here in my home kitchen, under Florida's Cottage Food Law. Every roll is made with care, good ingredients, and the same heart I've always put into feeding my family.
