New Menu

You'll notice a few changes.

First, I am only going to be offering sourdough and danishes by request or an occasional special, it will no longer be a part of the standing menu.

Second, I've added cookies to the menu. Chocolate chip will be offered all the time with a special cookie per week.

Cookie special of the week: Key Lime Pie "Crumbl Style" Cookie

Speaking of a special: order a dozen plain, cinnamon sugar, everything bagel or Italian herb and cheese bagels for $15. (Can mix and match) Special will end on Monday, drop off on Thursday.

The Father's Day "Snackle Box" is now available for pre-order.

These are $40 and include: *4 pretzel twists *4 bagels of choice *4 garlic knots and *6 chocolate chip cookies.

I am only making a maximum of 10 boxes, so get your orders in quick.

These will be ready Saturday, June 15th and pickup will be at the parking lot next to the St. Clair library at 10:30 A.M.

Five Fun Facts About Bagels:

1. The earliest known mention of a bagel originates in Poland back in the early 1600s. However, it wasn’t until the 1970s until the bagel became popular in America.
2. Due to its multi-step process, bagel production used to be a four-person job. In an assembly line, two men would shape the bagel dough, then a man boiled the bagels (the kettle man). Finally, the last man would be in charge of the oven.
3. Americans sure do love bagels — In 2020, more than three in five Americans reported eating bagels, and according to a survey from 2022, the average person consumes 38.7 bagels per year.
4. According to a 2022 survey, the most popular bagel flavor is blueberry, while cinnamon raisin takes second place.
5. National Bagel Day is celebrated on Feb. 9. (Everyday should be bagel day though, who needs an excuse to enjoy a delicious bagel).

Good morning and happy Tuesday!

I thought it was time for an introduction with many new faces and many people who don't know me.

My name is Brittany. I am a Christian mom of a 5 year old and a 3 year old. My husband and I have been married for six years, together for 11 years. In my free time you'll find me baking, reading, and hanging out with my family.

Baking has always been one of my favorite hobbies, but I got really into it as a way to save money and a way to feed my family healthier baked goods. I started Baked. by Brittany Dyche to share my passion of baking with others.

When ordering from my small bakery I hope you feel the love, joy and passion I feel when baking it for you. You are also supporting my small business, that brings in some extra income for our family.
