Alfred & Glory's Specialty Cakes Husband & wife team Alfred & Glory are perfecting the art of baking traditional Puerto Rican moist cakes, (bizcochos mojaditos).

We bake single and multi-layer custom-made cakes and decorate them to the customer’s needs and tastes. Our decorating techniques are based on homemade buttercream frosting or fondant. Our cakes are made from scratch and made to order to maintain freshness and ensure excellent quality of our product.
