Our cookies are only missing the butter and eggs that can contribute to high cholesterol numbers - and the environmental damage that comes with factory farming. Bluebird Cookie Company is currently appearing at local farmers markets on weekends. We are now baking out of the City Coffee Company Kitchen, where you can pick up a Bluebird Cookie creation seven days a week! We also create custom cookies, cupcakes, and cakes for delivery or pick up. We strive to use only the best ingredients, organic when available, and to make everything we bake with the utmost care and love. In the future, we will be expanding to more farmers markets in the surrounding areas and hope to eventually have our own kitchen to bring our community an even larger selection of cookies and treats.
