Baking gluten friendly, long-fermented sourdough. Freshly milled whole grain and workshops available. No pick up available for wedding cakes.

- Please place cake orders a minimum of two weeks in advance of your event.

- Tabatha's Cakes has a $50 minimum order. For all cake or cupcake orders under $100, payment is due at the time the order details are confirmed.

- For cakes over $100 dollars, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the order. Balance is dues 2 weeks before the event date.

- Wedding Cake fees and deposi

ts vary. Please contact me for a consultation.

- Delivery within the city limits of Huntsville and Madison is a flat $25 fee.

- Pick up of small cake orders can be arranged on a case by case basis. Any damage to a cake that takes place after a pick up is the customer's responsibility.

Vote! Do you like the idea of having mini scones available or do you like the original size best?

They are the exact same amount of dough but would only be available in an assortment (or a special order of 16 mini scones of one flavor).

I was planning to bake over the next few weeks to allow an opportunity to stock up before my due date on January 20th. However, Arthur came early but everyone is healthy and doing well. I will be taking the month of January off for maternity leave and plan to be back sometime February with limited pickups based on my capacity.

The best way to stay up to date is signing up for txt notifications since inventory will go fast! Also, did you know that sugar bags are no longer 5lbs. due to shrink-flation? 😆

We have a surprise bun in the oven! I’m currently 7 months along and expecting in late January. I have been feeling so good and haven’t really had to modify my baking schedule so far. 🥰

Obviously, in a few months that will change, stay tuned for updates. I will definitely be taking a few weeks maternity leave after baby comes and then I’m thinking it will be smaller bakes possibly every two weeks for a bit before I get back to full time.

Classic zucchini bread flavor - soft, tender, perfectly spiced with crunchy raw sugar on top. My kids scarfed these and I have to admit, they are pretty irresistible. The perfect summer flavor.
