The Spanish Bakery stays true to its roots of St. Augustine with a stone hearth oven, a separate wood siding smoke house (a British innovation), and a Spanish style white stucco shingled-roof. Vacationers can come by The Spanish Bakery and enjoy a homemade lunch or dinner while taking in the unique history this restaurant represents.

Nestled under St. Augustine’s famous historic Cedar tree for over 37 years, the Spanish Bakery & Café serves empanadas, picadillo and sandwiches made daily by our on-site chefs. Based on the old Florida recipes, our seasonal specials are treasures of a forgotten era. Home-made soup, gazpacho and salads complement freshly baked bread to satisfy the heartiest of appetites.
