Thank you all for bearing with me as I worked on some adjustments to the business name and structure. There are still some fun things to come over the next few months but I wanted to debut the new information ahead of the busy season ❤️

While we may be known by a different name, we can assure you that ALL your favorite flavors have made the shift into this new stage of the bakery 😊

Pumpkin snickerdoodles, apple cider donuts, cranberry pistachio, pumpkin loaves, and our take on the cookie butter cookie will all be making their appearance again starting August 15th along with a few new fun additions!

We will be making a few market appearances this fall, and will always be available for order pick up if you placed an order with me directly.

Over the last few years, we have grown from just a small home bakery that only took on a handful of small orders, to a local bakery supplying as far away as Iowa with our baked goods. It has been such an honor to take on your orders and create amazing things for all of your celebrations.

The Cookie Cop came about while I was actively still working in law enforcement, but it has rapidly morphed into far more than just fancy decorated cookies. We now offer cupcakes, sourdough based items including breads and desserts, donuts, and a variety of other items. As these items have been added, we felt it was time to shift toward a more all-inclusive name (while still showing love to all our first responders!) and the conversations began to take place.

There are so many talented bakers in this area, many of whom I refer clients to when I’m unable to accommodate orders or provide everything someone may need. There is very little competition here, and far more focus on building each other up in our own businesses ❤️ so we opted for something that continues that trend of not outshining the phenomenal talent around us.

Please be patient as we work to get everything changed over to a new business name and corresponding contact info. All will be provided to you soon!

In the meantime, I am still available for orders via phone or messages 😊
