I’ll be offering new seasonal flavors such as lemon ice box, coconut cream, and key lime, as well as some old favorites like chocolate peanut butter, blueberry, and pecan. I’m only taking a limited amount of orders now through April, so get yours in soon for Easter or any gatherings and parties you may be having in the coming weeks! Mini pies or hand pies make the perfect treat for loved ones, teachers, neighbors, etc, but I also won’t judge if you’d rather have a full sized pie all to yourself. My beautiful sister celebrated another trip around the sun over the weekend, so I made her one of her favorite treats.. chocolate peanut butter pie! This pie tastes like a giant Reese cup with chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and a chocolate ganache topped with homemade whipped cream and bits of chocolate peanut butter cups. It’s a crowd pleaser for sure!
