"THE GRAPE OUTDOORS" 🍇 ⛺ ............................................
Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough!
With some Cabot European butter
And local Vermont honey

This loaf has a nice tender chew, and makes excellent toast. Not gonna lie, I'm a sucker for using raisin bread for grilled cheese 🧀 🤤 YUM!
also won't be sad if there are a few loaves here for us the next couple days when we aren't baking.
Looking forward to sleeping in to 5am tomorrow! 😜😂

"Riverbed Rye" is on the shelf. Loaded with Toasted sunflower seeds.

The HEARTWOOD - just got mixed. Also out of the oven later today- (aka the marble rye)

BLUEBERRY BABKA | 💙🫐.....................................

An enriched dough made with Vermont, cold pressed sunflower oil and wheat.

Dried blueberries (like raisins but better)
And a blueberry sugar swirl with dried cornflowers for that natural blue color... Little fresh lemon zest.
Yum! 🤤

Great toasted with a little cream cheese.
Breakfast or late night snacking.
Only a few left before we close up for the week!
