Our History

The year was 1915 when Clemento Napolitano left Italy and arrived in Saginaw with his wife and small children. With a willingness to work hard, Clemento supported his family by baking bread in an old brick oven and then delivering the bread by horse and wagon.

For over one hundred years, the Napolitano family has provided restaurants, stores and homes throughout the Saginaw area with the bread Clemento learned to make as a boy in Italy.

That success, which has spanned three generations, is based upon the Napolitano family recipe using only the highest quality ingredients and their unique production process.

Today, continuing the tradition of the Napolitano name, we are committed to providing our customers with the same standards of excellence they have enjoyed over the years.
