Wow, what can I say! It was a rough past 10 months! Lots of health issues and procedures done. I'm definitely feeling much better, almost my old self!

Wanted to let everyone know, this Friday, Aug. 30th, through Monday, Sept. 2, I am hosting a Garage/Craft/Bake Sale!! At 1412 Bliss Street, Saginaw from 10 am to 4 pm daily unless we get rains and storms! Then we will open ASAP after the rain settles down! Come out and see me, get some good deals and some baked goods too!

Hey everyone! After much thought and discussion , I have decided on 6 cakes and 5 pies that I will be offering. As of right now I am still waiting on pie pans and cake boxes to be delivered, which will probably be late next week. But when I go live with cakes and pies, these will be the flavors offered:
Cakes-
Chocolate with chocolate ganache
Red velvet with cream cheese glaze
Lemon poppyseed with lemon glaze
Pineapple upside down cake
Strawberry with strawberry buttercream
Cinnamon coffee cake with cinnamon glaze

Pies-
Apple
Blueberry
Cherry
Fresh strawberry
Lemon meringue

Prices will vary depending on type of fruit used but will stay between $10 and $15. All cakes and pies are made from scratch, no canned filling. When I receive all my supplies and go live I will announce it here!

I’m going to experiment with a few new cookie flavors to add to my menu. I’m trying a lemon blueberry cookie, a coconut macaroon, a triple chocolate chunk cookie and finally an oatmeal peanut butter cookie with a touch of ginger! Let me know if any of these sound good!

Happy First Day of Spring!! And what a wonderful day it is!! I want to let everyone know, I plan on being at Saginaw’s Grace Christian School’s annual Spring Bazaar on April 9th. I will have all kinds of breads, cookies, treats and candies!! I will post the address as we get closer so mark your calendars and come see me!!
