BAKED Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and other requests. After being laid off in Aug 2009, I knew I needed to do something to keep me busy and from going insane!

I always had a desire to make cakes, so I took a basic border class. But my real passion was to see how far I could push myself to make more elaborate creations out of fondant. So, I dove in and learned what I could from the internet, trial and error and lots of prayer! I've used several mediums to create cakes, and enjoy working with individuals to turn their ideas into an edible piece of art. Thank you for your interest!
