Sometimes you get a little reminder of why you do what you do. 🥹🍞

Our friends at Vale Coffee Co. sent us this review they received, and we couldn’t help but smile. This customer had no idea who made the bread—he was simply enjoying his lunch and loved it enough to mention it.

There are a lot of early mornings, late nights, flour-covered clothes, and tired feet behind every delivery, so hearing that something we made helped make someone’s meal that memorable means more than you know.

We’re incredibly grateful to the local businesses that choose to serve our sourdough and trust us to be a small part of what they create.

And to the gentleman who called our bread “the most fresh and scrumptious bread ever”… you absolutely made our day. 🥹

From mixing and shaping, to scoring, baking, cooling and finally packaging the last loaf at 4 AM — this one was a labor of love. 🤎

Well shoot… one of our most used ingredients in cottage bakery. We LOVE our I use it in and on so many of our products.. I can’t wait to try the other flavors of salt!!
