We had a great time having a Sourdough class this morning. 7 people. One person, my former cohort from my Alchemist Community Development Corporation class, organized a fun morning experience. She contacted me about a class. 1st, it was great to see her again. 2nd, I was thrilled to share THE SOURDOUGH with her and her friends.
A couple found me on Facebook and signed up for a class.
So happy to introduce the journey to more people. Next class is June 27th, 2026.

We had another wonderful Sourdough Bread 101 class. 5 new bakers and one Sourdough making support person. Phil is very lucky to have a SSP aka Sourdough Support Person. One of our classmates came all the way from San Francisco to learn. I am very honored.
Next class is May 16th. If you and your friends are looking for something fun to do, hit me up.
