We are very happy and thankful for your support during our first six months in business. From catering for a debut birthday party, completing Huge orders from all over Northern California, providing holiday and appreciation gifts, collaborating with other local businesses and chefs, meeting the woman behind the Filipino Food Movement and getting her seal of approval, being featured in the Parol Festival in San Francisco..it has all been a blast! Come try free mini samples of our Specialty Pandesal, plus two new awesome flavors as part of our Winter 2019 Menu for the holiday season: Ube Queso Pandesal & Malunggay Pandesal! We will have limited quantities of our Pandesal available to buy at the event, so hurry and grab your delicious souvenir snack for the drive home!

Lunch time at Ogetsu Hime, SM Megamall in the Philippines! Delicious and unique Japanese cuisine with a Filipino twist.

Mango is the national fruit of the Philippines, and so, to impart a distinctly tropical and "panglasang Pinoy" character, sushi rolls are topped with mangoes. The flavor profile is a balance of savory, salty, tangy, sweet, fresh, and juicy.

Being on a tropical island is so awesome! Where else can you find fresh, natural, sweet young coconut prepared within your neighborhood and rght in front of your very eyes? This is definitely one of our fondest parts of being in the Philippines: fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks and eateries are super accessible and accomodating to a wide range of budgets and tastes. Now to track down my favorite treat...taho!! 🙌 Stay tuned😏

All things considered, the in-flight meals were pretty good! Pictured is the one we enjoyed the most out of the three meals served: Chicken Tocino with garlic brown rice, scrambled egg, atchara (pickled papaya, onions, carrots, garlic), mushrooms and a tomato. Plus, check out that cute little pandesal!..hoping to make pandesal here in the Philippines too!😁🤞

Last weekend, we also made two gift baskets on behalf of my Baroque group, Sinfonia Spirituosa led by the amazing Dr. Lorna Peters, as a thank you to the wonderful hosts of our house concert! Along with being decked out in Autumn theme, goodies included are:

Busy bee weekend!! After about 35 pounds of flour, a couple gallons of milk, about a pound of butter, a few tablespoons of olive oil, several hours of work, and some elbow grease, we made 28 dozen pandesals for orders!😮 Plus another special order to be posted tomorrow! So blessed and happy for the support! Please keep 'em comin'!🙏🏻💕
