Hi there, Kate and James here, the faces of Rosy Lee Teas. We just wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves and to explain a little about what we do.
We are a husband and wife team and have been married for 27 years. Kate was raised in Essex England and met James in Detroit while she was working as an au pair.
Being far from home, comfort could always be found in a good cup of tea. James discovered the magic of a great tea experience during many visits to England. Tea just hits differently when drank from fine China and once paired with tea sandwiches, scones, jam and clotted cream you become immersed in the true art of an authentic British tea.
With James’ vast career as a chef and Kate’s experience in hospitality, it just seemed like the perfect time to bring authentic tea experiences to the Sacramento region. We can make your bridal showers, baby showers and special occasions an elegant affair to remember. We will set your table with our linens, fine china and three tiered stands filled with British classics and return the following day to collect the dishes.
