Homemade roasted garlic rosemary bread and beans & greens soup for my roommates! 🍲
Trying to make friends with my instant pot, currently have no idea how the hell it works but I managed to make this soup in half an hour from soaked beans 🤷🏼‍♀️

COVID sadness grilled cheese: Kalamata olive bread, caramelized onion, tomato, cheddar, salt & pepper, herbs
Life update: moved to Portland to start getting some proper veg restaurant experience on my resume, all but lost the job after 6 weeks due to covid, my graduation ceremony got cancelled, my family reunion in Hawaii in June got cancelled. Upsides; I’ve become best friends with my roommate’s dog, and I have my health and some savings and am able to mostly isolate.

Shift Coffee House in Sacramento has a gourmet grilled cheese bar, which is basically something of dreams. I tried the M.O.S.T. (minus the M cause mushrooms are gross), the Mexican mocha, and the Holy Cacao which was habanero jack with chocolate and sooo heavenly 😍

Dark chocolate minis with vegan vanilla bean buttercream (with the slightest hint of cardamom for some interest ✨) and some cutie chamomile flowers for last Saturday 🌼
