These cookies were made to celebrate my niece’s second birthday this weekend. Due to the craziness happening in the world right now, it had to be cancelled. So we’ll pop these guys in the freezer and postpone the celebrating until things have settled. *

In the meantime, I’ll be sending lots of extra time with my three kiddos as we weather the storm of life right now.*
