Alice's Mad Batter Alice's Mad Batter provides custom, fresh and from scratch cake creations for any occassion. Gluten Free and Dairy Free items are also available.

Alice's Mad Batter was born from my love for creating fabulous custom theme cakes for my children's birthdays. People couldn't understand how I could make cakes that looked so cool and tasted so good all at the same time. My answer to this puzzle is that I pour lots of love and attention to detail, as well as only the freshest ingredients into each and every one of my "projects" (as I call them). People began asking me to create something special for their loved ones and so began Alice's Mad Batter.
