It's been a busy couple weeks with cupcakes.
18 strawberry shortcake inspired cupcakes. Rich sour cream vanilla cake, marshmallow buttercream, topped with strawberry compote and a sprinkle of strawberry powder.
I made 18 of these last week and just made a dozen for an order for tomorrow. Dark chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream, more chocolate ganache and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips.
Stay tuned. The next post will once again be an over stock sale. The cupcakes will be $1 each.

I'm having an overstock sale. I had to make blueberry/lemon cupcakes for someone's birthday. Oops I made too many! I have 2 six packs of them. I will let them go $1 per cupcake>$6 half dozen. 5 are frosted and one is not. I didn't want to make frosting for just 2 cupcakes. I made maple poke cupcakes to enter for the fair. I only needed 6 so I have 4 available. $1 each>$4 for the box. PLEASE take them off my hands 🤣

Couple of orders completed this week. Birthday cupcakes. Yellow cake filled with chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and topped with more chocolate ganache.
Birthday cake. 4 layers, lemon buttercream and raspberry jam in between the layers, frosted with vanilla buttercream. Topped with fresh raspberries, sprinkled with shaved white chocolate and sugared lemon zest.

2 dozen cupcakes done today. 1 dozen is for someone that's in the Army and just received a special assignment and a promotion. Dark chocolate cake with marshmallow buttercream.
The other dozen lemon/Blueberry cake with cream cheese, lemon frosting. Is for a 1 year old birthday girl with theme first rodeo. I have more dozen to make in the morning. It will be vanilla cake with pink marshmallow buttercream.

18 birthday cupcakes made today. Chocolate cake with a little coffee added to the batter>it elevates chocolate flavor. Cupcakes are filled with homemade strawberry jam, topped with strawberry buttercream, dollop of marshmallow buttercream and drizzle of chocolate syrup.

I have a little bit of everything for tomorrow.
Boxes with 2 lavender/lemon cupcakes with a dollop of lemon curd on top and 4 lavender/lemon shortbread cookies.
