So the last time I went to the Doctors I brought them maple whoopie pies. I have my yearly appointment on Saturday. Sweet Matthew that works there asked if I was going to bring some goodies this time. I made half a dozen chocolate cupcakes with marshmallow buttercream. Drizzled with caramel and chocolate syrup. I do have 4 extras for $2 each. The frosting is spread on. Nothing fancy 🤣Still taste the same. Send me a message if you're interested in the 4 extras.

The cake cups were successful.. I went poking around on prices. I found one place that had 8 oz ones and they are $9. Mine are 10oz for $3 less. So with me you get more bang for your buck😉

Trial run of cake cups are done. I made a snickerdoodle cake and cinnamon buttercream. 2 have homemade apple pie filling and the other 2 are cake, buttercream and sprinkled with homemade granola. $6 each. They are in a 12oz cup so they are not small. Best part is. Eat some put the cover back on and eat more later. Let me know if you are interested. Send me a message or leave a comment on the post😉

I'm still around. Have been busy with outside things😉So I guess cake cups have become a big thing. I will be making some by Monday. What's in a cake cup? 12 oz clear plastic cup. With layers of cake, buttercream frosting. Fruit or jam can be added to the layers. Or who knows what creative idea I come up with. It can also be done with brownies. The possibilities are endless! The picture is not one of mine. It's so you can see what it looks like.

Remember my goodies for family gatherings and BBQ's this summer. I make a package of 36 mini cupcakes, yummy pies, cookies, how about a double or multi layer cakes or cake cups. One of the favorites I make are maple poke cakes. It's a yellow cake poked with holes and maple syrup drizzled into the holes and topped with maple buttercream. Oh! and yummy whoopie pies.

2 wafer cookies dipped in chocolate
2 each white chocolate dipped marshmallows. Toasted graham cracker and toasted coconut
