Doing different boxes. The other ones were way to small! There will 2 dark as night chocolate cupcakes frosted with chocolate buttercream. I left behind chocolate/peanut butter crunch bars that I was suppose to take to Spellbound🤦‍♀️ . I popped them in the freezer to hold until I make Halloween the boxes. There will be caramel corn and whatever goodies I come up with>I will keep you posted😉They will be available starting October 26th. I promise you that the boxes will be stuffed full as I always do! They will be $20 each.

Toasted coconut marshmallows.
Cake cups>Maple and chocolate raspberry.
Dirt cups>chocolate pudding mixed with whip cream and crushed Oreos.

What I will be offering at spellbound Saturday October 3rd
Two different kinds of 9oz cake cups. In case you don't know what that is? It's layers of chunks of cake, buttercream and a drizzle.
Chocolate cake, marshmallow buttercream and raspberry drizzle.
Maple cake, maple buttercream and maple syrup drizzle.

Bags of mini chocolate chip cookies. Also offer some gluten free.

Boxes of apple c***r donut holes. Also offering some gluten free.

Small personal size apple cakes with cinnamon glaze.

Bags of caramel corn>it's gluten free always.

chocolate/peanut butter crunch bars.

Rice Krispie treats.

Toasted coconut/white chocolate dipped marshmallows.

Canned goods will be $4 for a 8oz jars
Bread & butter pickles
Sweet relish
Applesauce sweetened with maple syrup
Applesauce sweetened with honey and a touch of cinnamon
Apple butter regular
Apple butter sweetened with maple syrup
Apple pie jam

First birthday cake done. It's 4 thin layers of chocolate cake, one thin maple cake slipped into the middle, all layers are filled with chocolate ganache, frosted with maple buttercream and topped with more chocolate ganache.
Cake two completed. He likes banana cream pie. It's gluten free. Two yellow cakes with a banana cake slipped into the middle, in between the layers is banana pudding mixed with whipped cream, sliced bananas, naked frosted with vanilla buttercream and more banana pudding whip cream on top.
That's a wrap on cakes for this week. I will put up the list in a couple of days of what I'm going to have at Spellbound 😉

I'm still around😉Between being busy with the fair and canning I have been a busy lady! Next week I have a birthday cupcake order. I also have 2 birthday cakes to do next week. One cake will be a banana cream pie inspired and the other will be dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and maple buttercream.
I will be at Spellbound Market with all kinds of baked goodies and canned items as well. My Cortland apple tree gave me buckets full of apples this year!
