🕙 Updated festival hours: 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

We’re ending at 3 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. to help get ahead of the afternoon rain. Come early, stay for lunch, and get that shopping done! 🛍️

Enjoy the car show, music, pumpkin painting, balloon twisting, dog costume contest, and Mr. Vic’s magic show. Grab something good to eat, visit our vendors, and stop in our downtown shops.

Bring the family, meet up with friends, and take time to catch up with your neighbors. Those conversations and familiar faces are a big part of what makes Hilltop special. ❤️

Roasting Day is a sacred process. One that requires patience, attention, and selection.

Here we see footage of the Final Sort, where we pick out the outliners that are either under or over roasted and look for any foreign objects like stones and corn kernels.

This roast features one of our newest flavors, Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia. This is an heirloom coffee that grows wild in the forest. Having trouble pronouncing it? Here's a hint, it rhymes with "you're the chef".

This is a perfect post for International Coffee Day as we honor our growers from around the world. We are blessed to work with so many small businesses to deliver their product to our customers.

Honduras Santa Lucia
Over the past few years we’ve fallen in love with Honduran Naturals for their rich presentation of milk chocolate and candied cherry flavor profiles, but it seems like every time we find a producer that lives up to our standards, they end up having their entire crop purchased by large multinational corporations. So, this year we went straight to the source - De La Finca Coffee Importers are based out Holly Springs, NC under the leadership of Nelson Amador, who’s bringing this delightful coffee in from his grandfather’s farm.

INTRODUCING A NEW COFFEE - WUSH WUSH is an extra fancy fruit bomb of a coffee that’s more of a Sunday morning treat than a daily driver.

It delivers a perfumed aroma with crisp, bright flavors of Honeydew and Papaya followed by warm notes of holiday pastries.

Come in and try it and then take some beans to brew at home. This is a limited release and trust us, it will not last long.

It pairs nicely with one of our delicious bakery treats! 🩷
