This colorful 11" x 15" sheet cake is for a teacher that is honoring some of her students. Both of my girls had her and she's a wonderful teacher!

I took some time off this week so this is the only cake that I had. The next four weeks are going to be extremely busy including a very large wedding cake, chocolate bourbon tipsy cakes, floral cupcakes, a 2 tier Jasmine birthday cake, cookies and more woodland creature cupcakes!

I was pretty much given free reign with this 2 tier wedding cake. I love the look of textured icing with cascading buttercream flowers and palette knife leaves so that's what I went with. I did a close up picture so you can see the textured icing. And Jessica's colors are beautiful!

5 dozen Funfetti with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with peanut butter buttercream, red velvet with cream cheese buttercream, yellow with chocolate buttercream and lemon blueberry with lemon buttercream went out yesterday afternoon. I don't get very many orders for peanut butter buttercream and it's so delicious especially on chocolate cake!!

I'm running behind posting again! This Toy Story themed cake is from last week. I combined a couple of the inspo pictures that were sent to me and added my own details as well. The bottom tier is a 9" vanilla and the top tier is a 6" chocolate.
