Looking for a way to treat yourself or your family this weekend? Pack everyone up for a quick country drive out to the farmstand! Let us make your day a little simpler and a whole lot sweeter!

Psalms Bakery will be stocked with fresh goodies made with the same wholesome ingredients we feed our own family. Our signature loaf bread is made with local honey and only contains 5 ingredients. We will have our famous fresh pumpkin muffins, smore & biscoff cookies, cinnamon rolls and farm fresh eggs!

We operate on a self-serve, honor-system basis—swing by, choose your favorites and venmo or drop cash in the box! I hate to have to say it BUT it’s the world we are living in unfortunately, there are surveillance cameras from several different angles. Please don’t ruin the honor system for everyone else! If you’re in need please reach out and we can chat!

We kindly ask that you do not pull into the driveway up to the house to turn around. There are free range children and animals! Once you are done if you continue west on the dirt road you will hit black top, turn North for a section and you’ll hit another black top to take you back East to 281!

The garden reminds us that growth takes time. God is always at work beneath the surface.

My little slice of heaven that doesn’t just grow plants… it grows joy and peace and purpose!

This area has been a labor of love! The path needs finished, the fencing needs redone, a gate needs added, the remainder of the veggies need to go in the ground and I’m planning to chaos plant some flowers in hopes of attracting pollinators!

Hey friends!

Long time no chat! I took a much needed FB hiatus and deleted my account to unplug at the end of 2025 until just recent! When kids went back to school in the fall, I went to work full time, so there was no extra time for baking! My hubby & kiddos deserved my evenings and weekends! With all that to say, I stepped away from a job of over 7 years at the beginning of May! For the first time in 15 years I’m not “clocking in,” it’s been an adjustment. I am just trusting Gods plan and guidance during this season!
May was busy with kids sports, vacations and home projects that have been put off for far too long but now I’ve decided to occupy some of my time with baking, doing what I love and offering goodies on a weekly basis…unless otherwise noted!
With that, I (for now, unless posted) won’t be taking pre-orders! Everything will be in the farm stand! Please show some love in the comments to hopefully get this post seen by as many as possible and also let me know your opinion the best day of the week to open the farm stand!
Right now I am leaning towards Saturdays?! 8 am until sold out for these warmer months. Baked goodies, farm fresh eggs, shelf stable items, and hopefully my garden is bountiful enough to share fresh produce with you all as well!

Happy Monday!

I figured I should do a little update! Summer has been….busy! We vacationed in June and for those who haven’t heard, beginning of July I experienced a traumatic elbow dislocation. I am currently rehabbing that in hopes of getting full range of motion back in that arm. It’s been a very slow process. This last week has been the first week I’ve been able to grab light pans out of the oven again! Small milestone BUT progress nonetheless.

My August baking calendar is fairly full towards the end of the month with preorders but I plan to add extras here and there! And get back to the blessing loaf soon!

Next topic! Let’s chat farmstand! I’ve not got to use it yet at our location. Are you willing to drive countryside (10ish min) for this?! Does time/day matter if so?! Please let me know in the comments!! We do have a private group for this if it’s something you’re interested in.

To end the post!! The below images are chocolate covered strawberries I did for a bridal shower at the end of June!! 💞👰‍♀️

It contains only 5 ingredients, including local honey in substitute for the sugar to increase the nutritional value! 🐝🍯

Fun fact: Store bought bread contains an average of 20 ingredients to preserve the freshness/shelf life of the bread. 🙊
