Happy June, Cheesecake lovers!! It’s a new month and time for something NEW: Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies!! It’s a made-from-scratch chocolate chip cookie with a heart of the Just Say Cheesecakes Original Cheesecake that you know and love! I’m a little obsessed with them 😍! This brand new one-year-old had the absolute BEST smash cake EVER! Okay, I may be a little biased 😉🎉 but I don’t think anyone can deny the pure joy on his face!!

There’s a story I want to share, though. This is Davey. He’s the happiest, spunkiest little boy and I’m so blessed to know him! When his Mom asked me to make him a very specific, special smash cake for his first birthday, we both cried. Although I am definitely a very emotional person, I can’t say that I typically cry over orders. But this wasn’t just any Cheesecake…it was The Austin ❤️. Now there’s a whole story behind The Austin that I won’t go into here (if you’ve been with me for a while you definitely know, and if you haven’t you’ll for sure get the details when the anniversary of its creation rolls around in just a couple months 😉), but the BEST part is the connection: sweet little Davey is Austin’s nephew 🥰! They never met, but this was a special way to incorporate his memory into the celebration 🥹! I couldn’t be more honored to have been a small part of this!! Happiest of birthdays to Davey!
