Good afternoon Enchanted Treaters!! Its is a fantastic day ! After the last couple of weeks of going through one of the worst flus our family has experienced , I am finally back!!! And have treats being delivered to the stores ! I can't tell you how excited I am to be back to baking and doing what I love.
In addition for the last couple of months we have been working on some big projects and I have some BEYOND EXCITING NEWS!!!!! We are now the proud owners of a fully licensed commercial kitchen!!! What does this mean you ask ?!? Well... It means we are now able to not only offer full service catering for all your special events! From breakfast, lunch dinner and of course desserts !
We are able to step away from the restrictions of cottage baking which only allows the sell of shelf stable items, we can now offer items such as cheese cakes, Teramesu , puddings, custards, ice cream cakes ect. There is no limit to what I can do now !
But wait there is more !!!! We will also be able to sell fresh made deli sandwiches, sourdough pizza, fresh cut meats and more in the stores and for private order!!!
Catering we now offer full service infustion catering specializing in authentic Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, American, BBq and more. As well as desserts, full breakfast bars etc.
NEW menus will be out this week in addition to new items in stores! GET READY FOR HOLIDAY CHEESECAKES!!!!!
Last but certainly not least I want to thank our community. This mountain community has given us so much love support and a push forward that I could have never imagined. A year and a half ago when I started this standing at my popup at Hilltop haus waving to all of you I never would have imagined that this community would build us up this far. From our popup to the amazing stores across the mountain that support us, The Village Market , Cedar glen finest foods the lake arrowhead inn, Moutain Coffee Co, we grew and built a treats cart, to being contracted with Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins as well as the Lake Arrowhead Country Club ,now owning a fully fledged commercial kitchen and catering buisness . This is truly what dreams are made of and I could have never have done it without the love and support this community has given me. Thank you ! From the bottom of my heart thank you. I am so excited for this new chapter and to be able to provide more for our community!
