Jane is one of about 20 members of the Art Guild of Greene contributing artistically inspired birdhouses to our auction, and we are so grateful for their support of our mission to provide free healthcare, prescription support, mental health counseling and more for uninsured adults in Greene County. As the thunder rolls in from over the mountains, I want to take this time to wish all of you with young people the best on your impending return to school year calendars!!

Bakers’ dilemma update: two yolks turned into a dinner scramble alongside leftover roasted cauliflower salad with pistachios and dates

Snacked on cake and frosting scraps while cooking the eggs!! 🫣

Cake delivery day.
My new favorite almond white cake recipe with homemade raspberry & almond ermine fillings. Almond SMBC and fresh berries to complete the look.

Now, to deal with some of my bakers’ dilemma…this time it’s a jar full of gently-separated egg yolks after only using whites on this project!
