We’re still baking when we can, and that meant a couple of batches of jalapeño cheddar sourdough wedges and some cinnamon rolls today.

Rainy Saturdays and fresh bread, the ultimate duo for coziness! 🌧️🍞 Our first week off from the market was all about relaxation, but who can resist a few private orders? Especially when they’re for special occasions like a sweet boy’s first birthday party! These sourdough sandwich loaves are definitely stealing the show - crunchy crusts and that perfect chewy crumb inside. Celebrating milestones with delicious bread? Count us in!

As I reflect on the journey of Birdie's Bakery at the Marigold Market, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each of you who have supported me. Today marked my final market day, as I transition to new opportunities due to job changes.

Your unwavering support, kind words, and smiles have fueled my passion for baking and made this experience truly special. Whether you've been a regular customer or simply stopped by once, your presence has meant the world to me and has made Birdie's Bakery a cherished part of our community.

I want to express my deepest thanks for choosing Birdie's Bakery, for sharing in our love of freshly baked goods, and for being part of our journey. Your enthusiasm and encouragement have been invaluable.

🥒 We’ve had rave reviews on our dill pickle sourdough, so we’re bringing it back for our last market this Saturday! We’ll have it available in loaf, wedge, and nugget form, but it’s always one of the first to go, so get there early! 🥒
