As always I recommend inquiring 5-6 weeks in advance minimum but sometimes you’ll get lucky and I’ll have a spot opened so feel free to check anyways!

My Story

When I was younger, I loved watching baking shows on TLC or Food Network. I loved seeing how something amazing can be created by simple ingredients. I always believed it was just a silly dream to be a baker like Buddy Valastro from Cake Boss. The idea of being a pastry chef stuck to me, I began to pretend I was a baker and I started to decorate my snacks at school or boxed cakes from home. The more I would play around, the more I began to believe that my dream wasn’t just a silly dream. At age 13 I started watching youtube videos, “how to bake a cake from scratch” “how to decorate a cake”, I went through the whole trial and error process and I admit there was a point where I was so close to give it all up and believed it wasn’t meant for me. But a piece of me had hope, and I’m so glad I never gave up. With the support of my family, I now know this is what I was meant to do. Baking is my passion, baking makes me extremely happy, and the best part is getting to share what I do with others! I will continue my journey and I hope to grow more and more each year. Dreams truly do come true if we have the courage to pursue them (:
