Finally have a minute to post. I have seen a lot of fall pastries in the stores. So I thought, why not start making the pumpkin cheesecake for the markets. I hope you like it. It has butterscotch pudding in it.😊

Good morning everyone and Happy 4th of July! Well, holiday or not I will be at my markets this weekend. Today of course you will find me at the Cache Valley Gardeners market in Logan. It’s from 9-1. I have a big variety of pastries with me. Apple, peach, cherry and mixed berry strudel. Blueberry, raspberry, lemon, chocolate and mandarin orange, my personal favorite. 😊 Pretzels, Beesting cake, Streuselkuchen with pudding, or peaches or berries, coconut triangle and then of course cookies! Butter, lemon stars, honey, almond and raspberry thumbprint cookies That’s a big list for a big day.😃Let’s start the celebration after the parade of course😉at the farmers market. 🍻😁

Today it’s going to be a different kind of post. I am hiring an extra person to help with the markets on the weekends. The hours would be from 6:30 till 2:30. It’s packing up, driving to market, setting up the booth, selling the pastries. Interaction with the customers is very important. After the market is over , taking down the booth, driving back and unloading. I will be with you at the market. 😊Contact me if you are interested.
