Our Story

Bruce and Maria Weinograd have owned Mike’s Donuts since 1976. Mike’s has grown from being a very special donut shop on Mission Hill to become a very special breakfast, lunch, smoothie, ice cream, AND donut shop on Mission Hill and at the Forest Hills T station.

The menu still includes the famous Mike’s honey-dipped donut, along with great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and other from-scratch pastry items like banana bread and muffins. Mike’s also offers a full line of soups and sandwiches made fresh every day and seasonal treats like smoothies, soft serve ice cream, flavored coffees, tea, and cocoa.

We value our long history in the community and the patrons who have become like family to us. Visit the shop and see why Mike’s has been the center of Mission Hill for over four decades.
