📌 Booking & Retainer Policy Reminder:

To secure your appointment date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for all orders. This ensures your date and time are reserved.

If an order is canceled at least two weeks prior to the scheduled appointment date, 75% of the retainer may be applied toward a future order, pending calendar availability. Credits must be used within 90 days of the original appointment date or they will be forfeited.
