My pumpkin cookies were a favorite last year, so they’re BACK! Soft, light, and full of simple pumpkin goodness — no pumpkin spice or anything wild. Just a good homemade cookie that’s perfect with your coffee. 🍪

This Friday, I’ll have a few pumpkin cookies, a VERY limited number of pumpkin cream pies, and a few oatmeal cream pies, too! 🥧🎃
