First, an update: I am working on making some adjustments so that I can bring you the freshest and highest quality loaves. That being said, I may have a more limited inventory as I continue to make adjustments and expand my kitchen supplies. Come out early or send me a message if you’d like me to reserve any items for you!

Second, I am planning to come to the market tomorrow armed with many of my usual sourdough loaves plus a cranberry feta option! I will of course have the beloved sourdough chocolate chip cookies! I am experimenting with additional cookie ideas and if I’m lucky, I may have some with me tomorrow.

First out of the oven this morning were these traditional sourdough loaves. I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow from about 8-11:45am 🤗.

It’s bake day! See you all tomorrow: Saturday, August 8th. I will be set up with some of my staples. I will have Traditional, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Chocolate Chip sourdough loaves up for grabs. I will also be brining a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies. I will NOT be set up next week (August 15th), so come get the goods this week! 😊

I had hoped to be set up on Saturday but weather is looking unfavorable for this weekend’s market. However, weather is looking sunny and warm for all of our town’s Fourth of July festivities the following weekend. I am planning to be set up early on the 4th of July and will come with patriotic treats! For now, I am thankful for the moisture. See you all on Independence Day!🇺🇸🥖

It’s market prep Friday! I hope to see you all tomorrow. I will be set up by 8am at the Busy Bee Lot. Quantities of the flavored loaves will be more limited, so come out early to get your top picks! I am also working on some fun sourdough discard treats this week. These are items made with sourdough culture, but are not traditional bread loaves. Some include yeast (ie: rolls) and some are recipes that do not require fermentation/rise time (ie: cookies). 🍞🤠

Hello all! Weather is not looking very favorable for market Saturday. That being said, I am willing to make a run to town for a drop off/meet up! Let me know if anyone is interested in bread this week. Otherwise, I will see you all next week!
