3 things you've been told about fitness after 40 that are justβ¦ wrong. π«
β "Cardio is the best way to lose weight" Muscle loss is killing your metabolism. Cardio without strength makes it worse.
β "Eat less as you get older" You need MORE protein after 40, not less. Under-eating destroys muscle and slows everything down.
β "If you're not sore, you didn't work hard enough" Soreness = damage, not progress. Recovery IS the work after 40.
