it's time for us to take a little holiday. So, we will be open our regular hours on Dec 28-30, 2022 (9am-3pm), and then we'll be closed closed on Saturday, December 31, 2022, reopening our restaurant's doors on Saturday, January 14, 2023. NOTE ABOUT PARKING AT PAPI'S PIES:
Abundant parallel parking on both sides of Chisholm Trail Rd, as well as parking on side streets and behind the cafe (in which case, enter through the back gate.)

Molletes are a taste from Papi's childhood, and that of our children and grandchildren too! Toasted bolillo roll, with black beans, cheese and pico de gallo. It sounds simple, but the freshly made ingredients and TLC put into this toasted sandwich make all the difference.
