Here’s a fun Throwback Thursday for you! The very first heart cake, drip, and black cake that I ever did was 3 years ago when I had just barely started. 3 years later she came back and let me make her 21st birthday cake (the red one with ribbons)!

Looking back now I see all the embarrassing mistakes I made with the black cake🤦‍♀️😂 Still not perfect by any stretch but I’m happy to at least have proof that I can improve with practice 😅😎🫣🤭

Valentine’s Day is next week! This was a heart shaped cake I made covered in deep red roses with matching cupcakes for a little wedding. The colors were black, gold, & red 🌹🍰💍❤️

Starting the weekend off right with some boozy cupcakes 🍹🧁
🍍🥥🌴Pina colada cupcakes: pineapple cupcakes with coconut frosting, rolled in coconut flakes and topped with a cherry, candied pineapple, and a pipette of rum.
🍫☕️Bailey’s cupcakes: chocolate fudge cupcakes, chocolate Irish cream frosting, topped with Hershey’s chocolate and drizzle and a pipette of Irish Cream.
🍸🍋Margarita cupcakes: lime cupcakes with sweet lime frosting topped with sparkling sugar sprinkles, a lime wedge, and a pipette of tequila.

Special new limited run flavor of my 1/3lb cookies will be available this weekend at Texas Pumpkin Fest: Cookie Monster Cookies!
Cookie Monster cookies have been popular in the gourmet cookie circles for awhile now but everyone does them a bit different. I went with a chocolate chip cookie base with Oreo pieces mixed in, and stuffed with a Chips Ahoy and Oreo cookie in the center.
I think their different expressions are hilarious. This one looks concerned 😂

Out at Texas Pumpkin Fest on the weekends 10-7 through the end of the month and have some awesome cookie flavors in the lineup! I’m right in front of the face painting tent and next to the balloon twisting guy! 🎈

It’s Halloween season which means spooky groom cakes 😁
This wedding cake and grooms cake was a hit at a recent wedding. The groom wanted a Mimic where the chocolate cake looked totally normal on one side and super gory on the other side! Bride wanted a naked wedding cake with whipped cream cheese frosting and fresh berries.

It’s an amazing day & weather for a visit to the pumpkin patch! I’ve got lots of giant cookies for a snack too while you pick your pumpkins, take free train rides, do the giant slide, and many more activities here!

Pokémon themed birthday cake and cupcakes complete with edible image Pokémon cards! I tried to match the top of the cake to the art style of the Marill card with the lily pads and flowers 🌊🪷🎂 🪷

Heart cakes might be my new favorite style! I loved the green over the top ‘heart fairy cake’ style and enjoyed making a geode in it. The pink vintage one I did the week before 😁🩷💚🎂

Come out for a day of fun to the Round Rock Frontier Days! There’s lots to do including little carnival rides, pony rides, shopping, the Sam Bass Shootout reenactment, and lots more until Fireworks in the evening! I think from here we’ll see 3 fireworks shows between Frontier Days, Dell Diamond, and Kalahari! And it’s overcast today so not nearly as terribly hot as it could be 😂

I’ll also be at the Round Rock Frontier Days all day Tuesday July 4th right near the pony rides!

I had the immense pleasure in providing dessert for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) OneParty 2023 fundraiser event recently.

600 chocolate cupcakes each topped with a raspberry white chocolate macaron shaped like a cactus, finished off with a hand painted flower. Every one of these were 100% handmade by me and was my largest order yet! I absolutely loved how they all came together with the theme of the event and the tables 😍

Thanks to Big Time Creatives for using me as the dessert vendor for the event!

2023 is here so let me present my personal favorite cake that I made in 2022! This was for a beautiful fall wedding out by the lake. Three tiers of chocolate and yellow cake with buttercream (even the branches) and fresh flowers.

I’m taking a break from markets in January to work on house projects and testing some new menu items that use less butter and eggs given the 150% cost increase this year 😆… expect to see more macarons, cake slices, cake pops & more join the lineup at markets in 2023!

You can still place orders with me for Jan 10th onward for cakes, cookies, etc while I’m on break from markets though!
