So I have been craving pumpkin pie for two years. I have no idea why because I don’t even really like any types of pie let alone pumpkin pie. Anyway, finally started researching pies and pie crusts and came to realize PIES are Extremely time consuming and challenging, which naturally made me want to tackle trying to make not only the crust, but the pie as well. This is my third homemade crust. Nailed the consistency and flavor, but still need some practice on making the edges look more presentable. As for my pumpkin filling 🤤 I may or may not have had 3 servings…. Whoops… At least I’m currently pumping, so hopefully those calories will be gone soon lol…. 🥂 here’s to a new challenging chapter in my baking journey.
