Custom cake creations I started making cakes after discovering our daughter was allergic to all nuts and found I really enjoyed doing it!

Since then, my wonderful friends and family have been requesting cakes and referring me to other people to help grow my business. All of my cakes are made on nut-free equipment and do not contain any nut products. I think a cake can look and taste good at the same time so I prefer to use buttercream icing rather than fondant. However, I will customize your cake to your wishes. Call or email me for quotes and availability.

I volunteered to make 14 doz (168) cookies for the 5th grade at Roswell North. Why you ask? Because I’m covered in guilt for not volunteering for my daughters last year there so this was my way of making up for it. I’m in no way a professional cookie baker...I made plenty of mistakes and lots of trial and error along the way. But I learned from my mistakes, kept going, and 90% I was pleased with. The mistakes my kids will eat 😂. And even though they may not look great, they taste soooo good!
